Your purchase includes a nonexclusive, nontransferable license for one individual or one business.

You May:

• Create qualifying finished physical products for personal use or commercial sale.
• Create qualifying digital end designs for sale as flattened PNG or JPG files only.
• Resize the artwork proportionally and position it within your composition.
• Change colors to coordinate with a finished end design. Recolored artwork may not be sold, shared, or distributed as clipart.

Finished Design Requirements:

• Combine the clipart with additional visible design elements and/or meaningful wording. The clipart may not be used or sold by itself.
• Create a new, complete composition. A plain background, border, texture, tiny phrase, name, or unrelated decoration alone does not qualify.
• The original clipart must not be easily removed, isolated, or extracted.
• Digital end designs must contain no editable layers, source files, or separately accessible elements.
• Customers purchasing your finished digital design must be restricted to using it on finished physical products only.

You May Not:

• Resell, share, gift, trade, or redistribute the original files or recolored clipart.
• Sell the artwork as clipart, element bundles, editable templates, layered files, or other design resources.
• Crop, erase, trace, redraw, remove parts, or add details directly to the artwork.
• Stretch, distort, warp, flip, reshape, or separate the artwork’s components.
• Apply filters, textures, overlays, or effects beyond permitted color adjustments.
• Create stamps, brushes, outlines, SVGs, or cut files from the artwork.
• Upload the artwork as an editable or downloadable asset on shared design platforms or public print-on-demand marketplaces.
• Claim the artwork as your own or upload it to AI or machine-learning systems.

Third-party printers may manufacture finished products solely for your business, provided they protect the files and do not reuse, retain, sell, or share them.
